// about
A small studio.
Build what you'd pay for. Price it like you're the customer.
Codifyr Labs is run by Andrew Shea — a futures prop-firm trader and the developer on every commit in github.com/codifyrlabs.
// founding story
“I'm a futures prop-firm trader, and the first detour was a set of NinjaTrader 8 tools I built for myself. From there came RazorEdge Journal — because I'd grown tired of the fact that essentially every full-featured trading journal is a paid SaaS with a monthly subscription that adds up fast.
To stay organized across the growing list of side projects (and a parallel job search to support my family), I built Daydraft using an agentic engineering workflow. The workflow stuck. I started using it for everything.
The next product was TranscriptLab — originally a way to cancel a TurboScribe subscription, then a few iterations later, an actual product good enough for freelance transcriptionists to use. Most of the rest of the catalog has the same arc: built first to make my own life easier, then sharpened into something I'd want other people to use.”
// how I work
Small studio. Source-available where it makes sense. AI-assisted workflows, used quietly — they're how I ship a portfolio at this team size, but they aren't what I'm selling.
I don't have a sales team. I don't have an investor deck. The pitch is the catalog and the GitHub commits.
